Keary Howley, Senior GIS Specialist

Keary is a skilled GIS professional with 10 years of experience applying practical geospatial solutions to natural resources, public lands, education, and electric utilities management. He is a highly capable analyst and project manager with a wide variety of experience. Keary has implemented GIS systems, performed spatial analysis and managed data collection projects from local to statewide efforts. He has participated in numerous partnering efforts in the San Juan Basin and throughout the state of New Mexico for aerial photography acquisition, GIS data development, web-based data sharing, and LiDAR data collection. Keary has worked on projects in New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia.
